Is it possible to figure out a password generation algorithm from router firmware files ?

is it possible to extract a pattern from a router firmware file ?
as you can see the default ssid which is ISP-(some 4 random characters) mostly contains characters that are in the password.

i am not sure that there is even a pattern but i just think that.
